Return Period
You can return items from our store within 30 days of your purchase for any reason.
Return Conditions
Filters must be in new and undamaged condition.
Returns for Shipping Damage
If products are damaged during shipment you must notify us within 30 days via the customer email to evaluate and process a refund. Send an email to admin@m-tech.llc and include images and a description of the damaged items.
Return/Refund Process
- To start the return process, please email admin@m-tech.llc within the 30-day timeframe.
- Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to send the item back.
- Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund Policy
After we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund—minus the return shipping cost—within 2-4 business days. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
